Metal Building Insulation in Bangor, Maine
Our company supplied 32,729 square feet of metal building insulation in Bangor, Maine in December of 2012.
We supplied both roof and wall insulation for this new-construction steel building, providing 8″ fiberglass insulation rolls with heavy-duty facing and (2″) long tabs to insulate the roof between the purlins, and 4″ unfaced insulation to install above the purlins. We also supplied 6″ insulation with heavy-duty facing and (1) taped tab for installation within the metal building’s walls.
The WMP-VRR facing is among the strongest on the market and creates a protective layer that adheres to the insulation blankets, preventing moisture from seeping through. Together, the roof and wall insulation create a comfortable, energy-efficient environment that building owners can utilize year-round.
