Steel Building Insulation in Stanberry, Missouri
Building Outlet supplied steel building insulation in Stanberry, Missouri, in February, 2022.
We supplied the insulation and accessories used to insulate the metal building, which stands 30’x40’x10’ in size and has a gable roof with a 2:12 pitch. It now has 4” of R-13 fiberglass insulation installed in the walls and 6” of R-19 fiberglass insulation installed in its roof. Both the roof and wall insulation have heavy-duty WMP-VRR Plus facing on the interior-facing side, which protects the insulation blankets from moisture, damage and premature wear.
For installation into the roof, Steel Building Insulation supplied (6) rolls of 72”x32’ insulation and (1) roll of 48”x42’ insulation. For installation in the walls, Steel Building Insulation delivered (2) 72”x60’ insulation rolls and (2) 72”x32’ rolls. Accessories supplied to help hold the insulation in place include (1) 150’ roll of patch tape and (1) 180’ roll of double-faced tape.
With the insulation package in place, the building maintains comfortable, consistent temperatures. The building owner also enjoys substantially reduced heating and cooling costs for the lifetime of the building.
