Steel Building Insulation Supplied in Pawleys Island, South Carolina
Our company supplied 31,288 square feet of steel building insulation in Pawleys Island, South Carolina in June of 2014.
We supplied the insulation and accessories for this retrofit insulation project. The retrofit job was for an existing building owned by South Carolina-based Cohen’s Drywall. Steel Building Insulation supplied 2 5/8″ of fiberglass insulation to help minimize energy expenditures and maximize interior comfort regardless of season, and a high-performance facing material was applied to the insulation to act as a vapor retarder and protective cover over the blankets. All fiberglass insulation blankets used in this project were custom-cut to adhere to a cut list provided by the customer.
In addition to supplying the insulation and facing used in this project, Steel Building Insulation also supplied double-faced tape and patch tape to use in the installation process.
