Steel Building Insulation in Englewood, Colorado

Building Outlet supplied steel building insulation in Englewood, Colorado in March of 2022.

We supplied the insulation and accessories used to insulate an existing metal building. Supplied for installation into the walls of an existing building as part of a retrofit project were 6” of R-19 insulation, which enhances energy efficiency while lowering the steel building’s heating and cooling expenses. In total, Steel Building Insulation supplied (1) 101’x72” roll of fiberglass insulation, (1) 101’x48” roll, (4) 64’x48” rolls and (7) 71’x48” rolls.

Steel Building Insulation also provided (1) roll of 3”x150’ White WMP-VRR facing, which adheres to the interior-facing side of the insulation and serves as a protective cover over it. Additional accessories supplied for this retrofit insulation project include (200) #12 ¾ hex head Tek screws and (1) 1”x500’ roll of White galvanized banding to hold the insulation system in place.

Located in Arapahoe County, the city of Englewood is part of the Denver – Lakewood – Aurora metro area. It sits about 4 miles outside Littleton and lies just south of Denver in the South Platte River Valley.
