Our company supplied steel building insulation in Brazil, Indiana, in August of 2021.
We provided the roof and wall insulation for this new construction metal building project. For the walls, Steel Building Insulation supplied 8” of WMP-faced insulation with taped tabs, with the heavy-duty facing helping guard the insulation blankets against condensation and damage while giving the inside of the steel building a clean, finished look. In total, there were (429) rolls of 60”x25’ insulation, (112) rolls of 48”x25’ insulation and (112) rolls of 24”x25’ insulation installed in the building’s walls.
Supplied for installation in the metal building’s roof were (320) rolls of 48”x25’ insulation, which create 6” of WMP-VRR-faced insulation with taped tabs. Steel Building Insulation also supplied the accessories used to install the insulation blankets, including (120) rolls of 500’ White steel banding, (60) rolls of 100’ InsulHold coils, (19,000) self-drilling White painted screws and (20) rolls of WMP-VRR patch tape to cover any potential tears.
