Steel Building Insulation in Taylorville, Illinois
Our company supplied steel building insulation in Taylorville, Illinois, in January of 2015.
We supplied the insulation and facing material for this new construction project. The job for a repeat Steel Building Insulation customer involved insulating a total of 19,000 square feet of space using (95) 5’x40′ fiberglass insulation rolls. Installed in the building’s roof is 6″ single layer fiberglass insulation with a heavy-duty, high-performance facing material. The facing protects the insulation blankets from harm and also serves as a vapor retarder that helps maintain moisture control.
The insulation installed makes the building substantially more energy efficient, and it offers a variety of other benefits as well, from enhanced noise control and improved overall user comfort to a reduction in the building’s humidity levels.
