Roof & Wall Insulation for Steel Building in Buchanan, North Dakota
Steel Building Insulation delivered the roof and wall insulation for a pre-engineered steel building to Buchanan, North Dakota, in September of 2023.
The 6” of WMP-VRR-faced R-19 roof and wall insulation allow the 60’x72’x16’ metal building to maintain comfortable, consistent temperatures during all four seasons in North Dakota. The insulation package also slashes the building’s heating and cooling bills each month, leading to substantial savings over the life of the structure.
The facing on the side of the blankets facing inward helps protect the insulation from moisture and damage, and it also gives the inside of the metal building a polished, finished appearance. In addition to supplying the fiberglass blankets, themselves, Steel Building Insulation also provided the following accessories to hold the insulation systems in place:
- (1) 250’ roll of White patch tape
- (4) 180’ roll of White double-faced tape
A small, sparsely populated community in east-central North Dakota, Buchanan sits about 13 miles northeast of Jamestown, North Dakota.
