Steel Building Insulation Supplied in North Plainfield, New Jersey

Our company supplied steel building insulation in North Plainfield, New Jersey, in late January of 2021.

We provided the roof and wall insulation for this existing metal building. Supplied for installation into the roof of an expansive, 60’x100’x23’ pre-engineered metal building with a 1.6:12 roof pitch were (6,400) square feet of 8”, WMP-VRR-faced insulation and another (6,400) square feet of 3”, unfaced insulation. The double-layer roof insulation system offers superior thermal performance and keeps the interior of the building comfortable and free from condensation.

Steel Building Insulation also supplied (5,500) square feet of 9.25”, WMP-VRR-faced insulation with taped tabs for installation into the metal building’s wall cavities. The insulation adorns the majority of the steel building’s roof and wall areas except for a 100’ wall area and 300’ feet of door space.

Accessories supplied for this insulation retrofit job include (8) rolls of 500’ White steel banding, (20) 100’ rolls of InsulHold coils, (1,300) White self-drilling screws and (5) rolls of WMP-VRR patch tape.
