Steel Building Insulation in Nampa, Idaho
Steel Building Insulation delivered the insulation and supplies needed to insulate a metal building in Nampa, Idaho, in October 2022.
The 8”, R-25 wall insulation system makes the metal building far more energy efficient by helping prevent heating or cooled air from escaping. With the wall insulation in place, the building maintains steady interior temperatures. The insulation also keeps the building’s power bills low while helping muffle outside noise and prevent condensation.
Steel Building Insulation delivered the insulation blankets in a variety of roll sizes to streamline installation, supplying:
• (7) 36”x25’ rolls
• (7) 48”x25’ rolls
• (7) 60”x25’ rolls
SBI also included (1) 500’ coil of 20-gauge White steel banding and (7) 100’ Insul-Hold coils to hold the insulation blankets firmly in place. Other accessories supplied for this project included (475) self-tapping Tek screws, (1) 150’ roll of White patch tape and (2) 180’ rolls of White double-faced tape.
