Steel Building Insulation in Jacksonville, Florida
Our company supplied steel building insulation in Jacksonville, Florida in November of 2014.
We supplied the insulation, facing material and accessories for this retrofit insulation project. The retrofit job for an existing 60’x160′ metal building owned by Live Oak Contracting, a Jacksonville-based leader in the multi-family construction industry, involved insulating a total of 9,796 square feet of space. Installed in the roof of the building is 6″ single layer fiberglass insulation with heavy-duty black facing. The insulation helps reduce the building’s energy expenditures while enhancing interior comfort, the facing material protects the insulation blankets from damage and condensation build-up.
In addition to supplying the insulation and facing for this retrofit insulation project, Steel Building Insulation supplied a number of accessories for use during the installation process.
