Steel Building Insulation in Bellvue, Colorado
Our company provided 15,818 square feet of steel building insulation in Bellvue, Colorado.
Part of a dairy farm, the new construction steel building is massive in size and sits on a 3″ stem wall, and this job included both roof and wall insulation in addition to accessories used during installation. In its roof, the metal farm building features an 8″, high R-value double-layer banded insulation system with 2″ long tabs and protective facing material.
In its walls, the agricultural building boasts 6″ single layer fiberglass insulation with heavy-duty facing and a 1″ taped tab. Steel Building Insulation also supplied patch and double-sided tape for use during the application process, streamlining installation. With this high-performance insulation system in place, the building now offers superior energy efficiency, which leads to much lower monthly energy bills. It is also more soundproof, comfortable, and resistant to corrosion thanks to the addition of the high-performance insulation package.
