Our company supplied 21,338 square feet of fiberglass steel building insulation in Aurora, Colorado in December of 2011.
The (3) new steel municipal buildings undergo use by the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office. The double-layer banding insulation systems in the roofs and walls of the buildings enhance energy efficiency, which lowers lifelong energy expenses. It also creates more comfortable, soundproof environments for building users.
The roofs of the first (2) buildings contain high R-value double-layer banded insulation systems, while the roof of the third building has a VRR-faced double-layer of fiberglass insulation. The walls of all (3) metal buildings contain 6″ of faced insulation with WMP-VRR facing.
