Steel Building Insulation in Lonepine, Montana
Building Outlet supplied the insulation for this steel building in Lonepine, Montana, in February of 2022.
Supplied for installation into the 32’x60’x13.5’ metal building were high-performance, Energy Saver roof and wall insulation systems. Supplied for installation into the roof of the building was a high R-value, R-35 double-layer Energy Saver insulation system, which includes 8” of unfaced R-25 insulation and 3” of R-10 unfaced insulation.
The walls of the steel building now contain an unfaced R-25 single-layer Energy Saver insulation system with thermal break tape. The high R-value insulation system slashes heating and cooling bills associated with the steel building, and it also reduces condensation while helping muffle outside noise.
Steel Building Insulation also supplied several accessories to use during installation, including Tek screws, steel banding to hold the insulation blankets together, and Energy Saver patch tape.
