Insulation can easily be added to your arch building. Custom made, plastic arch building pins are designed to be screwed onto the bolts of the arches helping to secure the insulation into place. The pins can either be installed on to every 2nd or 3rd bolt and bolts and are typically 7″ – 9″ apart depending on your building manufacturer. The bolts are 4″ or 6″ in length allowing for 4″ R-13 or 6″ R-19 fiberglass blankets to be secured onto the pins. The pins are 5/16″ thread.

Pins are screwed to existing bolts on the building
Fiberglass blankets are custom cut to fit the building’s dimensions
The insulation is placed over the pins which penetrate through the fiberglass first then through the facing
Blankets are secured into place with plastic washer
